United States President, Joe Biden, has stated that America will start delivering weapons and equipment to Ukraine this week.
The president disclosed this shortly after the US Senate approved billions of dollars in new aid for the country, which is facing attack from Russia.
Biden assured that he will sign the bill into law as soon as it get to his table and address the American people, so they could begin sending weapons and equipment to Ukraine.
According to the American president, the passage of the legislative package by the U.S. Congress, which also includes billions of dollars in aid to Israel and Taiwan, is a demonstration of the power of American leadership in the world.
He expressed the believe that the legislation will make America and other countries of the world more secure as they support there friends who are defending themselves against terrorists.
