The Nigeria National League, NNL, has directed that all the Matchday 17 fixtures in Groups C and D should kick off at the same time.
NNL Chief Operating Officer Danlami Alanana, who gave the directive, revealed that the penultimate games of the 2024-25 season will start at 3 p.m. across the northern centers on Saturday and Sunday.
He further said the move is designed to forestall manipulation of match outcomes and ensure fairness as the regular season concludes.
In the final fixtures in Group C, Wikki Tourists will do battle with Zamfara United, Jigawa Golden Stars will tackle trade with Sokoto United, while Mighty Jets will lock horns with Barau FC.
In Group D, Yobe Desert Stars will face Basira FC, Sporting Supreme will entertain Kebbi United, and Kada Warriors will lock horns with Adamawa United.
Two teams will qualify from each group for the NNL Super Eight playoff encounter.
