The National Identity Management Commission, NIMC, has made an upward price review of its products and services.
In a statement signed by its Head, Corporate Communications Unit, Kayode Adegoke, the commission observed that after maintaining the same pricing structure for a decade, it has conducted a comprehensive review to ensure alignment with current operational costs and industry standards.
It stated that the revised pricing structure is aimed at maintaining the quality and integrity of its services while ensuring affordability and accessibility for Nigerians.
While cautioning all Front-End Partners (FEPs) to adhere strictly to the new pricing structure, the NIMC emphasized that any FEP found charging more than the approved rates will face sanctions.
It affirmed its commitment to protecting the interests of Nigerians and ensuring that services are delivered at fair and transparent prices.
It urged members of the public to report any FEP charging above the approved rates to its inspectorate and enforcement unit via ieu@nimc.gov.ng or call 08155015388.
