The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has announced new date for two matchday 26 fixtures.
The rescheduled matches are the one involving Rivers United versus Katsina United and Bendel Insurance’s encounter with Ikorodu City.
Both fixtures, originally billed to take place on Wednesday, February 26th will now be played on Thursday, February 27th.
The remaining matchday 26 fixtures will be played on Wednesday.
The Nigeria Premier Football League Chief Operating Officer, Davidson Owumi who made the disclosure in a memo on Sunday,said the rearrangement of the fixtures was necessitated by broadcast demands.
Owumi advised NPFL teams to put in place adequate and necessary measures, so as to ensure a hitch free games.
