Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe, has become the youngest player ever to reach 500 goal contributions in professional footballing.
Mbappe records the feat after scoring the equalizer in Real Madrid’s LaLiga derby 1-1 draw with Atlético Madrid on Saturday at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The 26-year-old has scored 313 goals and provided 187 assists in official matches for his clubs and the France national team.
With the development, the France international has reached the landmark faster than the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar.
At the age of 26, Messi had accumulated 487 goal contributions (348 goals and 139 assists).
On their parts, Ronaldo and Neymar had tallied 492 contributions (321 goals and 171 assists) and 302 contributions (213 goals and 89 assists), respectively.
Despite having scored 23 goals for Real Madrid this season, a significant portion of the new record was attained during his time at Paris Saint-Germain, where he scored 256 goals over seven years.
