National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has reportedly resigned from his position.
The report has it that the former governor of Kano State cited health reasons for his decision, stressing that he needs to pay attention on his well-being.
A post on X by a former media aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, on Friday indicated that Ganduje’s resignation is with immediate effect.
“The National Chairman of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has resigned from his position, effective immediately, as confirmed by multiple sources,” the post reads.
