A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to release a businesswoman, Aisha Achimugu within 24 hours.
The presiding Judge, Justice Inyang Ekwo gave the order in a ruling on Wednesday.
According to the report, the court also directed all parties to report on compliance with the order on May 2, 2025.
Operatives of the EFCC had on Tuesday arrested Achimugu at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja.
Earlier on Wednesday, the anti-graft commission produced her before the court.
