Nigeria’s president, Bola Tinubu has conferred national honours of Officer of the Order of the Niger on the country’s female football team, the Super Falcons/
The development was occasioned by their victory at WAFCON.
The president also announced the award of the Naira equivalent of $100,000 to each of the 24 players and $50,000 to the technical team.
