Nigeria’s Flying Eagles have commenced preparations for the WAFU B U-20 Nations Cup.
According to the report, head coach Aliyu Zubairu has selected majority of the players that participated at the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in his team.
Zubairu’s side are drawn in Group A with hosts Ghana and Benin Republic.
The Flying Eagles will tackle trade with Ghana in their opening encounter on Thursday, 10 July, while they will face Benin Republic in their second group game three days later.
Ivory Coast, Niger Republic,Togo, and Burkina Faso are in Group B.
The event will serve as part of the Flying Eagles preparations for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
