A federal capital territory high court in Wuse Zone 2 has sentenced Peter Nwachukwu, husband of Osinachi, the late gospel singer.
The presiding judge, Justice Njideka Nwosu-Iheme, delivered the judgment on Monday after dismissing Nwachukwu’s no-case submission.
Delivering the Judgment on Monday, Njideka Nwosu-Iheme, found Nwachukwu guilty of culpable homicide, which resulted in the death of his wife on April 8, 2022.
