The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has admitted to errors in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.
The Registrar of the Board, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, made the remark on Wednesday at a press briefing in Abuja.
Oloyede observed that what should have been a moment of joy has changed due to one or two errors.
“We set all machinery in order; regardless, there were still errors,” he stated.
The JAMB registrar’s clarification was necessitated by an unusually high number of complaints regarding discrepancies in candidates’ scores.
The board had promised that if any glitches are identified, appropriate remedial measures will be implemented.
